Finish & Paint

We are pretty picky ourselves when it comes down to the finish of your bike. After having finished a frame down to the last detail, we would not trust just anyone to paint it.

Paintwork

Quality and durability of our paintwork

Pre-treatment before paint is the most important factor affecting the quality and durability of the paint. Our frames are finished down to the last detail and carefully prepared to get the best result in both artwork and quality.

Our painter, Jacco, brings in a broad experience in custom (motorcycle) paintwork since 2008. A self-made man who shares the same values as we do: improving what didn’t go perfect yesterday.

The first step in the paint process is fine glass bead blasting which we do in-house. It allows us to control the process and do a final check on the finish level of your frame. This is followed by a chemical pre-treatement at a trusted partner: zinc-phosphating.

This gives a superior corrosion protection and forms the best adhesive layer for the primer. Depending on the exact paint scheme, 3-6 color layers are applied, perfectly masking one after another. Our paint schemes are 100% paint, no transfers used. Each frame is finished with two layers of clear coat, polished inbetween for a super smooh finish. Clear coat can be high gloss or matte or any gradation inbetween.

We pay special attention to the sensitive parts in your frame, so that you keep enjoying your beautiful paintwork over the years. You can choose from more than 3000 colors in uni -, metallic/mica -, or candy paint.
