St Joris Road

Exclusively designed for you alone, without compromises. Hand crafted in house. Good chance it will bring your cycling experience to a next level!

Silver fillet brazing
Our St Joris – Road is hand built in our workshop by silver fillet brazing. This is a labor-intensive method, but it is – in our opinion – the pinnacle of bicycle frame building.

After many hours of prototyping and testing different materials, we’ve refined our fabrication methods over the last decade to a level that we feel very confident about. Our St Joris – Road is hand built in our workshop by fillet brazing, using a variety of silver alloys. This is a labor-intensive method, but it is – in our opinion – the pinnacle of bespoke bicycle frame building. Our low-temperature fillet brazing techniques minimize internal stresses and distortions during the build process, resulting in superior precision and alignment.

The design of each frame is completely client-specific. Fit and riding character are tuned to your needs and riding style.

Each one of our St Joris – Road bikes is hand crafted in house with the best tubing blend that we can select for your personal demands. We take pride in the finish level we offer and it is our pleasure to hand over your bike in person during an inaugural ride.
