Silver fillet brazing
The pinnacle of bicycle frame building

After years of prototyping and testing different materials, we have refined our fabrication methods to the highest level.

Each St Joris Road frame is hand built in our workshop using silver fillet brazing. This labor-intensive process allows us to create elegant, seamless joints that define the character of our handcrafted frames.

By working at low temperatures with carefully selected silver alloys, internal stresses and distortions are minimized during the build process — resulting in exceptional precision and alignment.

Every St Joris frame is designed around the individual rider.
Fit and ride characteristics are precisely tuned to your body, riding style and ambitions.

Each St Joris Road is handcrafted in-house using a carefully selected combination of premium tubing, custom shaped for you.

We take great pride in the level of finish we deliver, and personally hand over every bicycle during an inaugural ride.

Hidden seat clamp

The St Joris Road features superlight seat stays, meticulously shaped in-house. By hand — because machines simply cannot replicate this level of precision.

The design delivers comfort, generous tire clearance, and beautifully smooth lines, all elegantly integrated into our proprietary hidden seat clamp.

Crafted using additive manufacturing, the clamp conceals its mechanism for a clean, seamless look — yet remains reliable, durable, and perfectly functional.

Fork

The St Joris Road comes equipped with a fork that sets the benchmark: the ENVE Composites Road fork.

Molded from a single piece of carbon, it delivers remarkable strength at an impressively light weight — perfectly complementing the precision of your St Joris frame.

Generous clearance for 32 mm tires ensures both comfort and confident control, translating every pedal stroke into a smooth, responsive ride.

St Joris – Road / features

Semi internal routing

Brake lines are routed internally through the frame, keeping the appearance clean and functional.

St Joris – Road / custom options

Full internal routing

For the cleanest possible look, all brake lines are routed fully internally.

Combined with ENVE’s integrated cockpit and a Chris King Aeroset headset, this creates a seamless front end defined by precision and simplicity.

Frequently Asked questions

We are able to extract your position exactly from an existing bike. However, for the very best starting point, we advise to book a fitting at our partner Pedaalkracht which is included with ordering a custom St Joris!

Of course! About 95% of our clients prefer disc brakes nowadays. Because all details count, we put your hydraulics fully internal for that extra clean look.

If you prefer classic rim brakes, that is perfectly fine, too. You can choose internal or external brake cable routing.

Our bikes are tailor made, one at a time. This holds for the bike fit, design, build process and finishing touch. As a result, there is a waiting queue. Our delivery time may vary but is usually around 10 months. Contact us for the current delivery time!
